6/03/23 & 7/03/23

For today, I've managed to do quite a lot for production and in general, I've nearly learned all of scene 5 for YOLO, I've organised my production notes outlining what items are needed and how many of for each cast, both main and understudy and I've brought chairs from different parts of the college to match the aesthetic of the cafe. 

Today It started off with more YOLO rehearsals, where we ran through some scenes, and reinforced our learning on the scenes and lines, and thought about what scenes we have finished. For connections, I've brought up a table to make sure that main cast have identical tables, the plan is still to cover them with dust sheets to start with. Taron and Zia brought up two doorways so now that's sorted, I can help with marketing as they're struggling in that department. 

Morgan grabbed the younger cast and went to the film room to help them get into character more, upping their energy for the scenes and leaving me in charge of upping the olders emotion. With the time I had I managed to give feedback to Charley, jack, Rebecca and Sienna, which unfortunately isn't everyone but it was enough with the time. Then we continued on with redoing scene 7-8 with the feedback and I decided to give them advice, I thought if I gave it to them individually while continuing the scene it'd be better.

Hearing about morgan struggling with the youngers I went to check on him and the progress but it was going well. So I went back and they followed, I spent the rest of the session prompting the understudy cast, whilst I've also been given the job of teching the lights for main casts show day, I wonder how I'll learn how to do that
