28/09/21 - Rehearsals

  We went through the play, from page 8 to page 15, rehearsing our lines and how we'll act the scene. Because I wasn't in these scenes. Me, the head waiter (Morgan) and the head chef (Henry) worked on our own scene, because in our case, we were all in it. We started by separating the pages into "beats" using the beat technique. This allowed us to run through our scene, multiple times, until we could do it without a script. Then we went ahead and added actions to the scene, helping us with our lines as well. For example, our first lines are 

"Two Lamb for Table Four!" To which we grab plates and set them on the counter, after-which we say 

"Meat!" And slap meat onto the plate. Helping us with the lines and actions, allowing us to perform our scene with ease. After we got it down, we went onto "Beat 2" which would be the second page, reading and running through it, as we tried to do it script-less. We haven't added actions to it yet, but we are hoping to accomplish this by tomorrow.
